A Pennsylvania native, Kolber received her graduate degree in her alma mater, the University of Miami. Her career in the field began when she was an Assistant Video Coordinator for CBS Sports, New York City. She was awarded a local Sports Emmy during her tenure at WTVJ-TV located in Miami. She worked at WPLG-TV, Miami as well as WPEC-TV West Palm Beach. When ESPN2 was launched in the year 1993, she was one of its initial anchors. She was with ESPN2 from 1993 until 1999, before joining Fox Sports. Then, in 1999, she returned to ESPN and currently serves as the host for 'Monday Night Countdown'.
